I have a piece selected to be included in an exhibit at the Arkansas Arts Center called "The Figure". My image, "Dana" is an example of one of the new processes I've been experimenting with. It's an inkjet transfer onto a wood panel. The exhibit will be up from February 3 until June 3, 2012. Please stop by and take a look if you are in Little Rock.
There were two of my pieces sold in the Pulaski Heights Picassos fundraiser/auction on March 4. It was a successful evening!

January/February 2011
I'm honored to be included in not one, but TWO exhibits at the Arkansas Arts Center. The large exhibit, "Museum School Faculty Exhibit: Past and Present", runs from January 11 — February 27, 2011. The other exhibit is the Museum School Class exhibit and is featuring work by the Photography Department students and faculty. It runs from December 2010 until March 2011. If you're in the area, please stop by and see them. I'm proud of all of the work in both exhibits and very honored to be included.

I'm sorry it's been so long since I've updated this site. I have had family health issues to deal with that have kept me sidetracked and away from my artwork. "Small Works on Paper: Retro Works" is a retrospective collection of 30 outstanding pieces created by Arkansas artists between 1989 and 1997. The exhibit, curated by The Arts & Science Center for Southeast Arkansas and the Arkansas Arts Council, features works that were previously featured in the annual "Small Works on Paper" touring exhibitions and were purchased with grants from the International Paper Foundation and donated to the Arts & Science Center for Southeast Arkansas.

This past spring my work was in the Annual Pulaski Heights Picassos and is currently in a traveling retrospective sponsored by the Arkansas Arts Council. One of my pieces will be included in ArtWorks Benefit for the Arkansas Repertory Theater in October.

I'm very honored that my piece "Red Adirondak" is now part of the William J. Clinton Clinton Foundation's Permanent Collection. It is on display at the Clinton Presidential Library until August, when it will go to a school as part of the Art Across Arkansas Program. It is also included on a DVD catalog as part of the Collection.
April '07
I'm the featured artist for April at the Rivermarket ArtSpace! Please come and take a look at my new exhibit "As I See It" during the 2nd Friday Night Art Night, April 13th, from 5:00-8:00. The exhibit will be on display until May 5th.

March '07
I'm so honored to be able to announce that I now have a piece in the Clinton Presidental Library Foundation Permanent Collection! This piece, "Red Adirondack Chair", a Polaroid Emulsion Transfer, was included in the Small Works on Paper Exhibit for 2005. I was pleased that it was chosen to be the cover for the poster and postcards announcing the exhibit. Now it will be on exhibit at the Clinton Library until August, when it will go to a public school somewhere in Arkansas as part of the Art Across Arkansas program in cooperation with the Thea Foundation. The Small Works on Paper Exhibit is on display in Little Rock this month at UALR in the Fine Arts Building. Next month it will be in Fort Smith. My Holga image "Thought Process" is included in this exhibit.
I will be in a one day invitational exhibit with eight other artists on March 31, called "The Show". Contact me if you'd like to be invited!

I have new work at the Rivermarket Artspace downtown, and Sufficient Grounds in Hillcrest. Check it out.
My work is in the Gallery of the new Art Scene in North Little Rock. It's a new, huge space that promises lots of surprises. There will be regular art parties, workshops, private parties, and other special events with 45,000 square feet of space devoted to Arkansas artists, each with their own "section". One of my newest pieces was in the "Red, Blue, Black, and White" Invitational exhibit at Oval Gallery in Little Rock. The show was on display until January 12, 2006.
